To maintain privacy and security, the assess SBOM option will appear only for those SBOMs that are externally uploaded by customers. The SBOMs published via SBOM360 Hub will not have this option enabled. Assess SBOM will then generate anew SBOM in SBOM360 and publish it back to SBOM360 Hub.
